With an early exposure and work experience in eCommerce and digital business, Aaron developed the ability to successfully build and deliver multi-channel, multi language airline platforms. Aaron has additional strengths in business management, systems evaluation and project management. Prior to consulting, Aaron developed continental.com from the ground up and led it along a highly successful maturity curve as it became a mission critical revenue and service channel as well as the leading edge of the airline’s ancillary merchandising transformation. When Continental and United merged, Aaron had the lead role in coordinating IT system selection for the merged company and was then responsible for the delivery for the passenger service system migration which was completed successfully in 2012 as the largest cutover in aviation history. As the new United continued to evolve, Aaron’s responsibilities for eCommerce, Merchandising, and Loyalty expanded to include Sales, Distribution, Revenue Management, and Network Scheduling. In 2015, Aaron shifted focus to the strategic transformation of core enterprise systems and data and built an industry leading data infrastructure connecting hundreds of real time systems and end point services. With a mission to enhance the security and resilience of the global aviation sector through information sharing and collaborative analysis, the Aviation ISAC relies on Kacie’s expertise to forge impactful corporate partnerships, expand the membership base, and further global information sharing. Before joining the Aviation ISAC, Kacie made significant contributions to the nonprofit sector. In her role at Depart Smart, she played a key role in advocating for student travel safety. Her efforts were pivotal in the successful passage of two Minnesota state laws requiring postsecondary institutions to report on the health and safety of their study abroad programs. Beyond her 14 years of professional marketing and development experience, Kacie is passionate about exploring the world, playing ice hockey, and enjoying outdoor activities. During the summer months, Kacie can often be found on the lake, wake surfing and soaking up the beauty of her Colorado backyard.

Matt was inducted to the Kiosk Hall of Fame in 2023 for his work in driving accessibility in self-service. Paul Myers joined the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (TAIT) in April 2022 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he oversees daily operations at TAIT, including airport operations, customer experience, human resources, police and dispatch, and information technology for both Tulsa International Airport and Tulsa Riverside Airport. Before joining TAIT, Paul was part of the executive leadership team at an international Part 121 air carrier operating Boeing 767 and 777 aircraft, where he led the safety and security team, managing strategy, regulatory compliance, and technology advancement. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation, a Master’s Degree in Aviation, and a graduate certificate in Aviation Security from Oklahoma State University. In addition to his role at TAIT, he is also an Adjunct Professor of Aviation at Oklahoma State University.
